Pastry: Enriched Wheat flour • Water • Vegetable shortening (canola oil, modified palm oil) • Corn starch • Sea salt • Sugar • Olive oil • Yeast
Filling: Ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, acidulant: citric acid) • Feta cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, firming agent: calcium chloride, salt) • Water • Canola oil • Enriched durum semolina • Black pepper.

Baking Instructions
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen.
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Remove plastic cover.
3. Place tray in oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Allow to cool then cut and serve.
